If she didn't know an answer, she found it in a timely manner and always made us feel like she was there for us! Mark, as always, was extremely enthusiastic about our new solution and making it work for us. One of his best attributes is how he takes the concern of his customer and makes it his own. He truly makes us feel taken care of! You, of course, kept us in the loop of progress and checked in during the project! You relieved headaches before we ,even had to have them! And Kurt - he was incredible! I am so grateful for his unwavering patience and truly going above and beyond to deliver on the promise of customer satisfaction. We really appreciate him making arrangements to be here for the test and turn up, despite the snow storm we had. Helpful doesn't even begin to cover the level of service he provided for us in this "scary" time. One of my favorite parts of the First Tel experience is how you guys are able to communicate with your customers, even if they don't speak telephones!

I just wanted to take an opportunity to once again tell you what a great job Carrie Link does for Security Credit Union. She often times takes phone calls, Emails, text messages or some other form of contact on nights, weekends and even holidays to assure Security CU branch offices, ATMs, Internet connectivity and audio response circuits are up and running.
This dedication helps Security CU maintain a good relationship with our membership as our credibility and reliability for such things as branch up-time, ATM up-time, audio response up-time, phone up-time and home banking up-time is very critical in servicing our membership's needs.
Carrie is also very critical in our 3rd party relationships with other communications partners such as AT&T, Verizon, Frontier, Sprint and Trivalent just to name a few. She works as a liaison between Security Credit Union and these third parties for anything from new orders, installations, cancellations and trouble tickets.
She is always willing to go the extra mile and is mission critical to our organization's success with a lot of very important products and services we offer our membership and I just wanted to tell you all what a great job she does for us, It definitely keeps First-Tel in a good light with Security Credit Union when it comes to communication needs when we get service like we get from Carrie.
