This certification validates our technicians knowledge as an expert in convergence technologies – The CTP certification is a widely recognized credential that validates vendor-neutral convergence technologies training. CTP training gives First Telecommunications the foundation and knowledge about convergence technologies that can be applied to various manufacturers' products. CTP training and certification give First Telecommunications Technicians the confidence to perform their job role at a superior level.

TIA convened the CTP Advisory Council and brought together industry leader to define the CTP exam objectives.  FIRST participated in developing the CTP exams and learning guides.

CCNT Certificate Program

The TIA Certified in Convergent Network Technologies (CCNT) program validates that an individual has the core knowledge required to sell and support convergence services.
