Training

Implementing new technology is our specialty. We develop a comprehensive training program so all employees are completely trained and comfortable with the equipment and software deployed.
We start with classes of 8 to 10 people using a live system to learn and become proficient with features and functionality to make their job more efficient.
The main attendant will be coached in separate sessions, to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed.
System administrators can attend a class to learn how to manage the software. This is cost effective because the more you know the less you need to rely on us to do programming. Of course we are always available for support on site or via phone.
